Adult Psychotherapy, Children & Adolescents
Starting therapy is hard. Finding the right therapist can be even harder. When working with clients I intend to create a safe space for the healing process. I approach therapy with a client centered lens; meaning YOU have the power. For the past six years I have been practicing in the field of psychology. In addition to my in field experience, I hold a nonviolence and conflict reconciliation certification which provides me with a speciality in processing anger and racial acceptance. As a practicing therapist, I am interested in helping all groups of people in all walks of life: including LGBTQIA+ community, sex workers, and alternative lifestyles. My clinical interests and expertise include anxiety, OCD, depression, eating disorders, and racial identity. I believe that everyone is worthy of compassion, and through compassion we can facilitate positive change. I wish you the best on your therapy journey.
